Art Challenge: Folklore Deadline extended Closed

Hello everyone! I've decided to hold an art challenge open to both digital and traditional artists. The theme is folklore.

Rules:

1. You must use at least one stock image from my gallery following my terms of use. 
2. All stock must be credited and from valid sources as defined by DeviantART. 
3. All entries must adhere to the theme. 
4. You may only submit one entry per category. 
5. Entries must include what folklore/folktale it is based on I like learning about new stories. 

The theme is broad. You can illustrate a folk tale, a creature from folklore, or a character from folk lore. Here's some great websites to help you:

-Wikipedia. Honestly wikipedia is a good jumping point. Also check their references section that can lead to some cool websites. I generally have much of the Irish and Scottish folklore open when writing my urban fantasy story along with Encyclopedia Mythica's folklore and beastry sections. 

Entries can be submitted by note to me, Cassy-Blue, or by comment on this journal. 

Deadline is December 6th at 12:59. Entries will be judged and winners announced on December  13th

There will be two categories that work can be submitted to, digital and traditional art.
