Model: Giselle. Note to ya'll, I will be sharing all the stuff you make with this image with the model
So Giselle and I had our first stock shoot last night. Oh my god, we had way way way way to much fun. On top of that my sister made brownies so we probably had a sugar high since we were cracking up so bad. The costume is a dance costume that Giselle's mother wore when she was in a dance company. The skirt has weights in the bottom hem, but lightweight fabric, so something different if you're doing drape studies.
Leannan Si are the muses of Irish Folklore. These sidhe/faeries imbue their chosen ones with great creativity, but the trade off is a short, but brilliant life. Leannan Si is translated as faerie lover or faerie bride, since they often fall in love with their male chosen ones/bards.
The Manx Lhiannan shee/sidhe (sometimes also spelled the same as the Irish Leannan Si) is something totally different, don't confuse them.
